Bill Wanatosky, Senior Vice President at ROSSI Commercial Real Estate, represented Shepherd Electric, a business that has been operating in the greater DC region for well over 100 years, in acquiring a new five year lease for a full building and the surface lot located at 2101 New York Avenue, NE, Washington, DC with Douglas Development, the landlord.  Bill was the sole broker in the transaction.  

2101 New York Avenue was not even on the market as available but Bill recognized the property suited the needs of his client, Shepherd Electric, quite well.  Though the property sat vacant awaiting a potential future redevelopment, Bill contacted the owner, Douglas Development, and was able to craft a lease that worked well for both parties.  

Bill has an extensive background working with similar companies in their pursuit of the right facilities in DC and surrounding suburbs.
