Purple Line and Montgomery County Maryland: North I-270 Corridor Report

In the accompanying video, Brian Rossi explains how it is reported that a federal judge has delayed the development of the metro purple line in Maryland. The purple line would run between the Bethesda Metro Station and New Carrollton Metro Station, a 16 mile trek which has considerable interest by developers and commuters alike. There are also opponents to the metro expansion. Metro’s falling ridership is quoted as one reason the judge offered to delay progress. The link to the Bisnow article is below.
