Brian Rossi started the new year strong with a new lease signed with Holy Cross Health in early January at 12800 Middlebrook Road in Germantown, Maryland.  Holy Cross Health, owner of Holy Cross Hospital, opened the only new major hospital in Montgomery County in over 35 years in a few months ago in October, 2014.  The hospital is located very close by 12800 Middlebrook Road at the intersection of Observation Drive and Middlebrook Road.  This newest location will add almost 8,000 square feet of medical and administrative space to Holy Cross Health’s new 6 story, 237,000 square foot Holy Cross Germantown Hospital.  ROSSI Commercial Real Estate attended the open house at the new hospital on October 1, 2014.
