Gary Edell Named Senior Vice President at ROSSI CRE

ROSSI Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the addition of Gary Edell to its team of commercial real estate professionals. Gary brings over 25 years of commercial real estate knowledge including landlord and tenant representation, acquisition and disposition of properties, office and retail development and property management experience. Gary will be joining forces with Brian Rossi and his team to enhance ROSSI CRE’s presence as a leading landlord representation firm in the Washington, DC area.

Gary has completed approximately 4 million square feet of office, industrial and retail leasing for both landlords and tenants, including the development, leasing and management of 750,000 square feet of office and 120,000 square feet of retail at King Farm in Rockville, Maryland.
