Career Highlights
Brian's commercial real estate career began in 1997 with a small local firm serving local small businesses. His significant transactions attracted a national firm and Brian was recruited and served as Senior Vice President at Transwestern from 1999 to 2012 when his entrepreneurial calling resulted in his launching of ROSSI Commercial Real Estate, returning to those roots of a local small business that serves other local businesses.
Brian's tenant representation has included every sort of company, from start-ups to established firms in many different industries. He has represented non-profit and educational organizations, such as Johns Hopkins University, retirement organizations such as Asbury Communities, Inc., technology firms like BroadSoft Inc., and government departments like the United States Department of Agriculture. Brian has negotiated leases and early terminations for a diverse industry across the nation, including for insurance companies like California Casualty Insurance Company, International Mobile Communications, Inc., and Edward Jones Investment Company.
Brian has also represented the several landlords including Willco Companies, Core Development Group, PS Business Parks, Forsgate Industrial Partners, Mission Peak Capital and Guardian Realty Group.
